AFTER LOGGING IN:
Removing Your Information From The Resident Directory
- On the upper right-hand side of this website, under Hello (Name) click My Account
- Click Privacy and select “Hide my profile from directory.”
- Click Update Privacy button to save your changes
Review Your Account Information
- On the upper right-hand side of this website, under Hello (Name) click Edit My Profile
- Make your changes. Don’t forget to click the Update Profile button at the bottom of the page.
NOTE: Fields left blank will not show in the directory. Some fields will not display – Click the ? for additional information.
Updating your Resident Directory Profile will not alert Sandcastle (property management company) to any address, email, or phone number changes. This information must be updated in the Sandcastle portal.
