Melissa Webb is the board member assigned as our liaison for Sandcastle. Reach out to her anytime with questions and concerns.

Sandcastle Property Managers help with the day to day needs of our community. You can submit a work order with Sandcastle (log onto the portal to do this) when you notice something needs service at Sandarac 2. When you use the portal you can check status of your work order anytime. The portal is preferred over a phone call.

Sandcastle responsibilities include lobby and stairwell door issues, dead or dying foliage, missed lawn cutting, missed trash collection, non functioning lights, broken benches, pathway and parking lot issues.

Sandcastle is not responsible for routine maintenance requests or issues inside individual units. When the item you are trying to report doesn’t fall under the responsibility the ticket will not be saved.

As always, we can count on Clarence to keep up on small tasks around the building but he’s often called on to work on larger projects. Please place work orders with Sandcastle to ensure quick service and provide a paper trail.
